Meals on Wheels Fort Collins | Fort Collins, CO Part-time, 25 hours per week | $20-$22 per hour | In person Meals on Wheels Fort Collins delivers hot, nutritious meals and meaningful social connection to primarily homebound older adults and other eligible clients. We're adding a new Program Support Specialist position to help our small team keep daily service running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, helping people, and finding better ways to get things done, this could be a great fit. What you'll do Answer phones and emails and welcome clients, volunteers, families, and visitors. Help prepare route sheets, track meal counts, and support daily meal delivery. Assist with volunteer check-in, meal packing, and other operational tasks after training. Keep client, volunteer, and program records accurate and confidential. Help with outreach, communications, seasonal projects, and general office work. Spot practical ways to improve daily processes. What you'll bring At least two years of experience in administration, customer service, nonprofit operations, or a related field. Relevant education may substitute for some experience. Strong organization, communication, computer, and data management skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365. The ability to work independently, follow through, and shift priorities during a busy day. Sound judgment, a welcoming approach to service, and respect for confidentiality. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass required criminal and motor vehicle background checks. Experience with older adults, community services, databases, Canva, or responsible use of AI tools is a plus. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday-adjacent work based on program needs. The role involves light physical work indoors and outdoors and the ability to safely move 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
