Salary and Grade:

Position Overview:
This position is a non-exempt position with the responsibility for supporting persons with developmental disabilities attending our Day program in New Castle County.
Responsibilities Description of Position:
Assists individuals with developmental disabilities in becoming more independent and engaged in activities in the local community. Community day activities include recreational, socialization, volunteering, and employment opportunities. The Day Activities Staff implements the organization's mission and value by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
Qualifications Requirements:
+ AA Degree in related field or 2 years of experience working with special needs population. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record, and basic computer skills required. Experience should include support to people with arrange of Developmental Disabilities.
