This position is responsible for coordinating Early Learning Coalition (ELC) referrals, office services and related activities, and for providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager and staff members of the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency as assigned. Here's what the job involves: Serve as the primary point of contact for families, community partners, and referral agencies by coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, and providing program information. Manage referrals from the Early Learning Coalition by contacting families, explaining services, scheduling appointments, and documenting all interactions in the Healthy Beginnings Database System (HBDS). Coordinate schedules for Developmental Consultants, Developmental Consultant Liaisons, and Outreach Educators while communicating updates and appointment changes to program leadership. Maintain accurate program records through data entry, case tracking, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards. Prepare reports, correspondence, educational materials, and monthly communications while supporting program operations and collaboration with community partners. Monitor referral progress from intake through case closure, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service for children and families.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent. Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree. Two (2) years of related experience. Must be 21 years or older Bilingual English/Creole required. Valid Florida's driver's license is required. Successful completion of a background check through Clearinghouse (learn more)
