Starting Annual Salary:

$36,030.06 (OPS Funded)

•30 hours per week

•This position provides case management support to problem-solving courts, including collecting and entering participant data into an electronic database for program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to local and state policymakers. This position requires a working knowledge of the justice system and problem-solving court policies, procedures, and best practices. The position establishes and maintains close working relationships with judges and court personnel, members of the multi-disciplinary team, community agencies, program participants, and the public. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Director of Administrative Services - Problem Solving Courts. Primary location will be Pinellas Criminal Justice Center, but traveling to and working in different locations throughout the Circuit, including remotely when appropriate, is required. Education, Experience, Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations Associate's or Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field. One year of professional, administrative, analytical, and related work experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and logically both orally and in writing. Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality, and honesty in handling matters before the court. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database software application skills. Handling the public in a pleasant manner. Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to the court system. Ability to exercise sound judgement in evaluating situations and making recommendations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of issues related to substance abuse treatment and counseling.
