This position will provide administrative support to enforce requirements and corrective action required by the state contract for the Contracts and Compliance Department.
Essential Duties include:
Initiates and tracks all notifications and corrective actions related to noncompliance with the State Contract requirements for Health & Safety. Processes timely notifications of appeal review hearings, probation and terminations to SR and VPK providers. Tracks and records in the data system all corrective actions, probations and terminations for all providers. Cooperates with other ELC departments in enforcement notifications. Such as QIP's, ASQ's, Child Assessments, Professional Development. Prepares initial report of VPK Progress Monitoring Assessments PM1, PM2 and PM3. Send required initial corrective action notifications to VPK providers. Maintains and/or create statistical tracking reports of enforcement actions Maintains all CARES health and safety inspection violations and corrective actions required by provider Assists in maintaining provider annual contract renewal trackers. Prepares monthly and quarterly enforcement and department report Produces required reports to assist in all internal and external (DEL) audits. Other duties as assigned Requirements include: High School diploma or GED plus six (6) years or more of direct related experience. Associate's degree or Two (2) years of college in field related to specific job functions preferred. To be the best fit, a candidate will need the following skills/experience: Must be able to align with coalition's core values. Skill in providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Skill in the use of computers and software applications related to the essential functions of the job, including, but not limited to Microsoft 365. Ability to develop and maintain databases. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Ability to interact as part of a team by exhibiting dependability, cooperation, initiative, and punctuality. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals of various populations and skill levels. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to think clearly amid changing priorities and circumstances to meet deadlines. Display professional attitude and demeanor, sound judgment, and high degree of confidentiality. Able to perform with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Must have reliable transportation.
