JOB DESCRIPTION
This position serves as a key administrative partner to Program Directors and Associate Program Directors, ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include coordinating residency and fellowship recruitment, onboarding and credentialing, accreditation activities, program evaluations, scheduling, budget support, and management of educational databases and reporting systems. The successful candidate will oversee program operations, coordinate interviews and orientation activities, maintain trainee records and compliance documentation, support accreditation site visits and annual reviews, and serve as a liaison between faculty, trainees, affiliated hospitals, and institutional offices. This role also manages administrative functions related to housestaff onboarding, licensure, visa coordination, leave tracking, evaluations, and fellowship program communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced academic medical environment. Experience with graduate medical education administration, accreditation processes, and database management systems such as New Innovations or ERAS is preferred.
EXPECTED SALARY
$46,000-$52,000, commensurate with education and experience.
