The Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of the Youth Services program and assists with academic, behavioral, and family support activities. The position works with youth, families, school personnel, agency staff, and community partners to support effective program delivery and positive participant outcomes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Program Coordination Coordinate daily program activities, schedules, student participation, and site logistics. Maintain accurate student rosters, attendance, progress records, and required documentation. Complete required data entry and maintain timely documentation in designated systems. Assist with program supplies, purchasing, and inventory. Support implementation of evidence-based academic, behavioral, and youth development activities. Help ensure program activities follow agency policies, procedures, and program requirements. Youth, Family & Community Support Build positive, professional relationships with youth, families, teachers, school personnel, and community partners. Support communication and collaboration among program staff, families, schools, and community partners. Promote a safe, supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment for youth. Communicate participant concerns or program needs to your supervisor. Teamwork & Professional Responsibilities Participate in staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, program staffing, and quality improvement activities. Maintain punctual, dependable work habits consistent with program needs. Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, emotional maturity, and sound judgment in a school-based environment. Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries. Perform other duties as assigned that are consistent with the position and program needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or a related human services field preferred. Minimum of one year of experience working with youth or families, preferably in a school or social service setting 1+years of experience of effectively supervising other employees. Experience working with school aged youth in site-based programming Knowledge of mental health systems, family engagement, and school-based interventions.
Physical Requirements:
Work is primarily performed in a school-based or community youth services environment. The position may require sitting, standing, walking, bending, and assisting with program activities and materials.

Ability to use sound judgment, problem-solve, and make appropriate decisions. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic computer technology. Ability to maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and follow agency policies and safety procedures.
