Job Requirements Tampa, FL Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for an Acquisition Analyst in support of Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for SOF Warrior (PEO-SW). PEO-SW accepts and manages risk, takes personal initiative, and ensures results for the Nation's warriors. PEO-SW proves its worth in the fight in every action, every strike, and every operation. SOF Warrior executes with a sense of urgency and purpose in support of SOF operations every day. This position will be a full-time opportunity located at MacDill AFB, FL. Responsibilities
  • Collaborates closely with user community on requirement development and execution;
  • analyze requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish mission of Program Support Government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance to plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulations.
  • Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to successful completion;
  • support government counterparts in development of solutions to program issues.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements.
  • Support/assist in development/staffing of RFP documentation, SAMP, APB, 70-1 documents for projects, combat evaluation, and studies, staffs FM worksheets for AF9 and DD448 funding, spend plan build development, market surveys, writes technical evaluations to facilitate contract/task order awards.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of teambuilding.
  • Ability to establish performance goals and assess progress toward their achievement.
  • Ability to adjust work operations and program objectives to meet emergencies, changing programs or production requirements within available resources.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
Qualifications Minimum Experience:
Citizenship:
Must be a US citizen
Clearance:
Must possess and maintain a
TS/SCI Certifications:
DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency IAW the PWS (DAWIA level II equivalent), and in the Engineering, Program Management, or Science and Technology (S&T) field desired
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Acquisitions, Business, or related field
Years of Experience:
Minimum 10 years working in federal government classified acquisition projects to include: Experience preparing acquisition documents and procurement request packages (SOW, PWS, SOA, J&A, Technical), Evaluations, ADM, SAMP, PB, FM worksheet, program protection plan, annual spend plan build, PowerPoint Briefings, familiar with special access program processes, and government contracting processes.
