    Job Summary
    Overview
    We are seeking skilled and qualified A & P Mechanic to join our maintenance team. Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in repairs to our fleet of 6
  • Learjet 60 series, 3
  • Learjet 30 Series, 2
  • Daher/Kodiak 100, and 1
  • Falcon 900 aircrafts.

Candidates must have a MINUMUM of three years experience on Learjet aircraft and Pratt & Whitney engines maintenance environments. They will also possess a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, sheet metal and/or electronic systems is essential. Problem solving, analytical skills, and critical thinking are also essential in this position and company. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations, contributing to overall productivity and safety. Lastly, candidates must have the ability to work closely and communicate effectively with the Director of Maintenance and other members of the maintenance crew.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and checks on Learjet, Daher/Kodiak and Falcon aircrafts under direction of our Director of Maintenance.

Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety regulations and company policies during all repair activities.

Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to best practices for safety.

Requirements

Experience

REQUIRED 3 YEARS MINIMUM

experience in Learjet Aircrafts and Pratt & Whitney

Experienced A & P Mechanic

Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, sheet metal and electronic systems

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to take and follow directions given by Director of Maintenance

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

A valid driver's license and/or passport may be required depending on the specific duties involved
