What You Will Do… As the Associate Center Director at Mathnasium of Weston , you will play an important role in the daily success and growth of the center while developing the skills needed to become a future leader within Fortis Franchise Group. Working closely with the Center Director, you will help create an exceptional experience for students and families, support enrollment and retention efforts, develop and coach our instructional team, and ensure the center operates at a high level each day. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, developing a team, and contributing directly to the growth of a business. What You'll Learn We provide comprehensive, hands-on training designed to help you understand every part of running a successful Mathnasium Learning Center. Your development will include experience in: Mathnasium instructional methods and the student experience Family communication and customer service Initial assessments and enrollment conversations Student retention and family engagement Team leadership, coaching, and staff development Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding Center operations and performance management Local marketing, school partnerships, and community outreach Business development and strategic planning You'll receive ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development to prepare you for increased responsibility and future advancement within the organization. What You'll Be Responsible For Sales & Enrollment Build strong relationships with prospective families and understand their educational goals and needs Support initial assessments, consultations, and enrollment conversations Clearly communicate Mathnasium programs, value, and recommended solutions Follow up with prospective families and help convert leads into enrollments Support center enrollment, retention, and revenue goals Student & Family Experience Deliver an exceptional experience for students and families Build meaningful relationships with parents and maintain proactive communication Assist with progress conversations and ongoing family engagement Help identify and resolve concerns quickly and professionally Support student retention and long-term family relationships Team Leadership Support the Center Director in leading, coaching, and developing the instructional team Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members Help maintain strong instructional standards and a positive center culture Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed Lead by example and help create an environment of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Center Operations Assist with the day-to-day operations of the learning center Support student scheduling, staffing, and instructional floor management Maintain center organization and operational standards Monitor center priorities and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Partner with the Center Director to achieve center performance goals Marketing & Community Engagement Help build relationships with local schools, educators, and community organizations Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events Support grassroots outreach efforts designed to increase awareness and enrollment Represent Mathnasium professionally throughout the Weston community What We're Looking For Essential Talents & Skills 1-2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, customer service, hospitality, or a related field Bachelor's degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build genuine connections with students, parents, and team members Confidence conducting consultative conversations, assessing customer needs, recommending solutions, and overcoming conversational objections Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with accuracy and a sense of urgency Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, organize, plan, and take initiative Strong leadership potential with the ability to coach, motivate, and positively influence others Empathy, professionalism, tact, and diplomacy when working with students, families, and team members Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, business growth, and operational performance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications Flexibility to work a schedule that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends based on center needs What We Offer… Competitive base salary Great work/life balance Individual health insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off Paid Mathnasium tuition for your family Comprehensive onboarding and leadership development Expanded leadership training and ongoing professional development Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Opportunities for relocation and advancement throughout the United States At Fortis Franchise Group, we believe in developing our future leaders from within.
