Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Manager to oversee Foundations to Freedom, CIL's the home accessibility program which empowers individuals with disabiliies through home modifications, durable medical equipment, and assistive technology. They will lead and evaluate program staff and ensure comprehensive staff orientation and training, and performance management. The Program Manager is responsible for execution of and compliance with program requirements and outcomes. They are responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of current programs and its relevant funding sources. Because Foundations to Freedom relies on multiple distinct funding sources, the Program Manager plays a key role in navigating diverse grant and compliance requirements, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring seamless program execution across all funding streams. All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result of organizational planning. They are responsible for programs in our seven-county service area and supervising staff at our Winter Park and Lakeland offices. Travel between offices and service area is required. Candidate must pass a drug test and Level 2 background screening to be eligible for this position. Requirements BA Degree in Behavioral or Social Science, Human Services Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or other relevant field 2 years' experience working with people with disabilities 2 years supervisory experience Ability to use computer with standard and customized software, and usual office equipment Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Strong analytical skills Planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve program targets and goals Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Commitment to CIL values and mission Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred People with disabilities strongly urged to apply.
