Glynco, GA - Staff Training Center Duties Help The incumbent's primary function is to serve as the operional director of all activities reling to introductory/specialty programs, program development/evaluion, and fiscal/support divisions the Staff Training Academy. May be called upon to carry out a variety of other duties in support of the activities of the staff training network in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. This experience must have been gained in an administrive position, or in other positions th included the successful direction, or assistance in the direction of, an entire correctional program or a major phase of such a program. Some examples of this qualifying experience are: Experience th demonstres knowledge of adult teaching and learning theories, procedures and methodologies required to develop and deliver approprie instruction and training programs reled to the correctional field.
