Job Description
## Standard Job Description The MTA Program is seeking a skilled and proactive Action Officer to support the Production Engineering Director. As the primary liaison for proposal efforts, you'll ensure seamless communication, coordination, and project management across cross functional teams and Non-LM stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of the MTA Campaign.
What You Will Be Doing:
Business Rhythm Management:
develop, shape, and own the business rhythm in support of MTA proposal and industrialization, inclusive of scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and ensuring full support for team to engage in proactive collaboration.Performance & Status Reporting:
Collect, prepare, and report status on key milestones to senior leadership and / or external customersMeeting Facilitation:
Support and facilitate recurring meetings, VIP engagements, and ad-hoc sessions; oversee scheduling and planning of these events.Cross-Functional Technical Integration:
Act as the primary contact for Prod Ops / PM reviews, ensuring the consolidation of critical updates and smooth communication flow.Project Management:
Document, track, and follow up on action items, ensuring timely closure and elevating constraints as needed.Strategic and Tactical Integration:
Align and coordinate actions with Prod Ops / Program Office for customer and employee engagement activities, including VIP tours and strategic reviews. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. ## Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or higher Required
- Aircraft/Aviation Operations (i.e. Production, Quality and Global Supply Chain) experience
- Demonstrated program and/or project management experience
- Leadership (formal or informal) experience
- Documented experience managing technical projects inclusive of schedule ownership
- Demonstrated experience with MS Applications, Confluence, and JIRA ## Desired Skills

- Proficient in analyzing and summarizing complex data

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
