$40 per hour This role is for people who already live on Maui. We do not offer relocation or travel. About Mana Recovery Mana Recovery is a Maui-based outpatient addiction treatment program with a psychiatric respite. This role is part of the outpatient program, which is Joint Commission accredited. We offer trauma-informed, evidence-based care with cultural grounding for adults in recovery. The role You lead our evening substance use groups at our Wailuku office three nights a week. You work with our clinical team, and you meet with your supervisor for one hour each week. What you will do Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and skills-based groups using approved curricula. Document each group accurately and on time, to program and regulatory standards. Observe and report Member progress, participation, and clinical concerns. Work with the Clinical Director and treatment team on Member goals. Take part in weekly supervision and ongoing training. Who we are looking for You live on Maui and hold one of these: A current Hawaii license in a behavioral health field, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist. A Hawaii CSAC. Active progress toward your CSAC. You can work all three evenings in person in Wailuku. Experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health or recovery setting is preferred. Familiarity with substance use treatment models, 12-step philosophy, and trauma-informed care helps. Personal experience with recovery is welcome.
