Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Program or project management, including tracking and managing relevant Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) operational metrics; EHS management systems, including dealing with state, county or federal regulators; EHS compliance with environmental programs; Managing safety programs, including incident investigation with necessary follow up, conducting risk assessments, contractor management training, and emergency response; and Working with stakeholders, partners, and all employees in the implementation of EHS programs. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, which may extend beyond the immediate team, driving impactful operational and technical improvements. Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and identify needs to develop or improve EHS Ops tools/processes. Evaluate incident data and track corrective actions. Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews, equipment, and process changes. Perform EHS risk evaluations and define process controls for new processes. Ensure comprehensive Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance, manage permits/KPIs. Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with little supervision, demonstrating complete campus EHS ownership. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, managing dependencies. Own site-based EHS decision-making and serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple EHS verticals.
