Job description The Res Hab or in home care giving Program Coordinator or Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) plays a vital role in coordinating residential habilitation services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsible for care plan development, regulatory compliance, staff training, and effective communication within a small team, this role ensures high-quality support and adherence to standards without the need for travel. There is a clear path for career advancement within the organization. Responsibilities Coordinate residential habilitation programs to meet individual needs Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards Train and support staff in service delivery and best practices Manage documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and families Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services (ex social work, psychology , nursing, , special education and the like) Proficiency in Individual Support Planning Strong communication skills for effective collaboration Experience in documentation management Ability to deliver training to staff Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of experience in developmental disability services
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
