Job Description

Description The Reimbursement Coordinator will support the assistance program team with processing daily health insurance claims, reimbursements, and monthly accounts receivable reports. The Reimbursement Coordinator will use self-awareness and resrouces to find creative solutions to challenges.
Schedule:
Full-Time (M-F), in-person in Burr Ridge, IL Specific Duties Submit health insurance claim forms and explanation of benefits to designated assistance programs for reimbursement in a timely manner. Follow-up with claim submission issues. Process payments from assistance programs using DMA Pay Terminal. Follow-up, track and document all EFT payments from assistance program. Assist Front Desk in confirming enrollement into copay assistance programs if needed. Respond to emails/faxes regarding all copay assistance programs. Enter patient information into assistance programs, document balance tansfers and add accurate, detailed notes to each account. Participate in patient call backs. Answer questions and directs other calls to the appropriate person or department. Provide consistent, excellent customer service. Pleasantly greet all patients by telephone or via email.
