12-Month Contract Are you an experienced Program Manager who enjoys driving complex projects across multiple business functions? We are seeking a senior-level professional to help develop and implement global go-to-market processes for battery electric products and charging solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Commercial, and Digital teams to ensure battery electric products can be successfully introduced into global markets. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, develop business processes, manage project timelines, identify risks, and drive solutions that enable successful product launches. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects supporting battery electric products and charging solutions. Develop and document go-to-market processes for global product launches. Facilitate meetings and coordinate activities across technical and business teams. Create process maps, workflows, and implementation plans. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and action items. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Tax, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure regulatory and operational readiness. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field. 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience. Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience with process mapping and workflow development. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel. Preferred Qualifications PMP or PMI Certification. Experience with Microsoft Project. Experience supporting product launches, operations, supply chain, or commercial programs. Knowledge of battery, electrification, energy, manufacturing, or industrial products.
