Partner Engagement Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: The primary responsibilities of this role, Partner Engagement Manager, are to: + Establish a strategic customer engagement and communication plan aligned with account segments to elevate the licensee experience - Content | Purpose | Follow-up + Develop and End to End customer journey map for the Corn States Business - aligning customer communication into a purposeful and clear experience + Create a strategic content management plan for the Corn States business along with an execution plan that elevates the licensee partner experience in Agronomy, Business & Leadership and related areas through email/newsletter, webinar and ready to learn platforms. + Assist in maintaining Customer Segmentation Structure, ensuring annual review and successful implementation + Be the conduit to Bayer Customer Insights Team, Trait Marketing Team and R D communications teams to uncover opportunities to elevate knowledge flow and transfer to licensee partners. + Elevate the Corn States approach from a CRM standpoint - transitioning standalone, separate tools and tracking methods into a singular management tool for the organization + Co-lead planning and execution of the Corn States signature customer event, Seed Partner Meeting ( SPM ) - oversee creative development with agency partners, facilitate agenda development, identification of speakers to align with strategic business outcomes and create a meaningful and impactful experience for partners. + Engage in industry meeting planning committees, including Independent Seed Professionals and American Seed Trade Association, to bring the Bayer and Corn States branding and experience to life within these meetings. + Audit communications and marketing expenses to rationalize where we are and then build/manage a bottoms up budget going forward. + Participate in planning teams for; P3 incentive program, replant, canola (5), early pay, JDF /Rabo offers for Corn States + Assist in product royalty and pricing strategy/communication including annual structured rollouts + Maintain Customer Segmentation structure, ensuring annual review and successful implementation + Help organize and support internal facing meetings, including Corn States Kickoff, Monthly All Hands, etc. + Strong collaboration & engagement with the customer facing team to uncover needs & opportunities
WHO YOU ARE
: Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Self Starter, Ambitious and Goal Driven with proven record of delivering results and executing strategic plans that result in positive customer experience. + Direct project management experience + Creative Mindset and ability to connected disparate needs into creative solutions + Robust understanding of marketing, business planning, and branding concepts + Demonstrated work history of creativity and problem solving + Ability to manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously + Sound understanding of US corn, soybean & cotton markets and the cadence/timelines brands operate on. + Demonstrated understanding of brand positioning and customer insight + Ability to collaborate and influence activities of cross-functional teams + Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills + Demonstrated strength in collaboration cross functionally + Business acumen, strategic thinking, planning, negotiation, critical thinking and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Agronomy, or equivalent combination of education and experience + 7+ years experience in Sales / Marketing / Agronomy / Product Management + Experience with the Independent Seed Segment of the US Seed Market. This posting will be available for application until at least May 14, 2026. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 105120- 157680. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO , sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
