We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Program Coordinator to join our Operations team.

Operations Department Reports To:
Program Manager and Operations Manager What You'll Do:

Manage participant registrations, activity sign-ups, and travel documents Coordinate air, ground, and hotel details with the Program Manager and Air Planner, ensuring smooth trip logistics Manage communication with participants and respond in a timely manner to phone calls and emails Prepare and mail participant travel packets and trip materials Handle traveler inquiries, deviations, and special requests Support onsite program prep, including trip books, name badges, and trip materials

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree + 1-2 years in hospitality/events or customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office A positive, team-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
