The manager brings calm leadership to work that is relational, unpredictable, and time sensitive. The role balances staff support with clear expectations, protects the scope and integrity of doula and father-engagement services, and builds strong connections across TPC programs and the maternal-health community.

Reliable, participant-centered services Actively manage program enrollment, the participant waitlist, and caseload assignments to ensure families move through the process efficiently, remain engaged, and are matched with services based on their needs, due dates, continuity of care, and staff capacity.
