Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator for Individual Day Hab to lead and manage personalized day habilitation programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by coordinating services that promote independence, community engagement, and quality of life. The Program Coordinator will oversee program development, staff supervision, and client relationships, ensuring compliance with all social services standards while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and team members. Responsibilities • Must understand Billing & Navigate Waiver Portals Develop, implement, and oversee individualized day habilitation plans tailored to each participant's needs and goals Supervise social service program staff, including training, performance management, and team coordination to ensure high-quality service delivery Manage relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote engagement and satisfaction Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and funding requirements related to developmental disabilities services Oversee program operations including scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain efficient workflows Lead program development initiatives aimed at expanding services and improving client outcomes Maintain accurate records of client progress, staff activities, incident reports, and other administrative documentation using Microsoft Office tools Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and from underserved communities Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and community partners Proven supervisory experience in social services or behavioral health settings with a focus on team management and staff supervision Demonstrated ability in program development, management, and compliance within social service environments Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and client communication Administrative experience including budgeting and resource planning Technical project & program management supervisory experience is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse populations Leadership in social services administration with experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred Join us in making a positive impact by leading programs that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
