$15.00 per Hour Looking for a great opportunity to start or grow your manufacturing career? Local Company is hiring General Labor Manufacturing Associates to join our team. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We welcome motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment. Schedule Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform general production and manufacturing duties Assemble, inspect, and package automotive components Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow quality standards and safety procedures Work as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to follow work instructions and safety guidelines What We Offer Competitive starting pay of $15.00 per hour Full-time hours with overtime opportunities 3-day weekends when overtime is not required Stable manufacturing environment Opportunity for growth and advancement General Labor
