Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of a multi-project aerospace capital improvement program.
- Provide oversight of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
- Manage project managers, construction managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and program reporting.
- Review project controls, cost forecasts, schedules, and change management activities.
- Coordinate project execution within active manufacturing and operational environments.
- Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to client leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of program, project, or construction management experience.
- Experience managing large capital projects in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, aviation, or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage executive-level client relationships.
Have:
- Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing facility programs.
- Experience managing programs exceeding $100M in total capital value.
- PMP, CCM, PE, or similar professional certification.
- Experience serving as an Owner's Representative on large capital projects.
