We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex product development programs within a highly regulated medical device environment. This role will work across engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to drive program strategy, execution, risk management, and successful product delivery. Responsibilities Develop and facilitate execution of program strategies, governance structures, roadmaps, and implementation plans to achieve defined objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements. Lead cross-functional collaboration and coordinate activities throughout the product development lifecycle , including initiation, planning, execution, verification, and design transfer, as applicable. Identify and evaluate program risks, issues, dependencies, and potential impacts , providing recommendations and mitigation strategies. Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and customers by providing program status, insights, recommendations, and guidance . Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes to maintain alignment and drive program execution. Provide data-driven analysis, reporting, dashboards, and recommendations to support informed business decisions. Monitor program performance against established milestones, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements, best practices, and operational efficiencies to improve program execution. Support communication and alignment among technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, customers, and external partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related discipline , or equivalent relevant experience. 10+ years of experience in program management, product development, engineering, technical consulting, or a related field. Experience managing complex programs within medical devices, healthcare technology, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry . Strong understanding of product development processes, design controls, quality systems, regulatory requirements, verification/validation, and design transfer . Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams, external partners, customers, and executive stakeholders . Demonstrated experience with program strategy, governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and execution planning . Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate independently and provide strategic direction in a complex technical environment. Experience working within regulated product development environments and familiarity with applicable industry standards and best practices. #PEG2
