This role combines strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and team coordination to deliver excellence in telecommunications engineering. This position requires 50% travel. What you'll do Lead and manage multiple high-impact engineering programs, ensuring all goals for accuracy, timeliness, and profitability are met. Develop and implement program-specific methodologies and tracking systems to monitor progress and resolve issues. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and achieve program objectives. Analyze and interpret complex data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance program outcomes. Maintain and organize program documentation while ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Utilize tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to present data insights and track performance metrics. What you'll need Bachelor's Degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or 5+ years' related experience Proficient in the use of hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, IKE, ArcMap, O-calc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.) Advanced proficiency in assigned function (Drafting, Designing, Make Ready, Geographic Information Systems, etc.) Authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
