By joining our Pineville Section as a Administrative Specialist Senior in Bell County, you'll have the opportunity to provide professional support to the division head, office, or unit in the development, implementation, and maintenance of various programs, projects or activities.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Perform research investigations and issuance of driver licenses, permits or ID cards maintaining complex driving history records. Compile daily reports and train new employees. Review and process Non-US Citizens applications. Perform customer services for all agencies, State and Federal. Perform other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will have experience in: Customer service professional with phone and walk-in services. Basic accounting skills, collecting, and processing money. Leadership abilities, working as an individual and as a team. Program management and creating reports of office procedures.
