Job Description
Overview Join our rural hospital leadership team! The Quality Director leads the hospital's Performance Improvement (PI) Program, quality and patient safety initiatives, regulatory compliance efforts, and quality reporting. This role works closely with leadership and staff to improve patient outcomes, ensure survey readiness, and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Duties Oversee the hospital-wide Performance Improvement (PI) Program Chair and lead all quality committee meetings Monitor quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance activities Submit all required CMS quality data and reports Coordinate survey readiness and accreditation activities Analyze quality data and implement improvement initiatives Report quality outcomes to leadership and the Governing Board Qualifications Current RN License Experience in quality, compliance, patient safety, or healthcare leadership Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
