REACH is a comprehensive, innovative out-of-school dropout prevention program designed to support educational pathways for Chelsea Public School (CPS) high school students. The program focuses on college and career readiness, students' academic and career preparation, social and emotional learning, and provides mental health support.Group Leaders (GLs) are the heart of the REACH program.
