Job Description
Massa Products Corporation Associate Program Manager Hingham, MA Apply Associate Program Manager Massa Products Corporation is a 3rd Generation Family Business that designs, engineers and manufactures electroacoustic products. We are a dedicated team creating innovative and technical products used in various applications for industry and the U.S. Navy. At Massa, you will work on programs critical to our national security and the submarine industrial base. This Associate Program Management position supports the execution of key government programs within the company. Reporting to Senior Program Management, this role assists with program tracking, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and coordination across the organization. The Associate Program Manager will work closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and accounting to support successful program execution and customer satisfaction. Clearance Requirements A U.S. Security Clearance may be required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Specific Job Duties include but are not limited to: Support the execution of programs for Sonar Transducers and other Government programs. Assist Senior Program Managers with tracking program deliverables, schedules, and milestones. Support development and maintenance of program schedules and milestone tracking tools. Assist with maintaining program risk registers and tracking mitigation actions. Support program reporting activities including schedule updates, milestone tracking, and status reporting. Assist with preparing internal program status reports and management updates. Support program financial tracking activities including milestone tracking and coordination with accounting for invoicing. Assist with program documentation, reporting templates, and maintaining program records. Support data analysis and reporting within internal systems such as ERP/GSS. Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, and accounting to support program execution. Support communication with customers and internal stakeholders under the guidance of Senior Program Management. Help develop program management procedures and documentation to support organizational knowledge sharing. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or a related field. 0-3 years of professional experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to analyze data and support program management processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Strong time management and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within a technical manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using MRP/ERP systems. Exposure to government contracting environments (FAR/DFARS). Experience working within ISO-governed processes. Interest in program management within defense, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
