WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Leads project management and program coordination for the Health & Performance division, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. Provides high-level operational and administrative support, managing complex workflows and prioritizing across multiple initiatives. Oversees end-to-end presentation coordination and scheduling, including documentation, tracking and compliance of all CME presentations. Directs scheduling, logistics, and coordination with cross functional teams for programming and retreats to ensure exceptional guest experience. Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Flexible Schedule Ability to work independently within established policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment and decision-making. Strong understanding of Canyon Ranch philosophy and administrative best practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary software. Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and remain effective in high-pressure situations.

PAY RANGE
$23.85 - $24.80 / hour
