Maintenance Team Member

Blueprint Property Group is a Mill Town company. Blueprint provides a vast number of property management services throughout Berkshire County. Services include third-party management, leasing, maintenance, project management, snow removal and landscaping. Blueprint Property Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Member to help our property management team in Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge & Great Barrington. The right candidate will have the ability to make repairs to apartments and commercial spaces. Experience in other phases of construction is a plus. In addition, the right candidate will be punctual, dependable, work well as a team or independently. This is a full-time, year around position with medical, dental and PTO time.

Job Duties:

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
• Ensuring apartment turnovers are completed with high standards
• Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
• Communicate with sub-contractors to schedule repairs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance
• Customer service experience Reliable vehicle and valid license Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects through the workday Available for scheduled on-call nights/weekends
