Position Overview Support the development and coordination of academic planning programs for middle school, high school, and college-bound students. Key Responsibilities Coordinate student academic planning based on academic records, interests, goals, and extracurricular activities. Research schools, academic programs, enrichment opportunities, and educational resources. Organize student information, planning materials, and progress updates. Work with academic advisors and instructors to develop individualized educational plans. Communicate with students and families regarding academic planning and program recommendations. Track student progress and support ongoing adjustments to academic plans. Professional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. Experience in academic advising, educational consulting, student services, or a related field preferred. Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
