Regional Director of Specialized Services:

Oversee the implementation and delivery of specialty clinical programs across assigned facilities. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to internal program teams. Monitor program performance, metrics, and outcomes and communicate progress to management. Analyze program data and develop reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies to improve program effectiveness, quality, and operational performance. Ensure programs are implemented consistently and align with organizational goals and standards. Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to address challenges and support successful program operations. Lead, develop, and motivate team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications for

Regional Director of Specialized Services:

Previous experience as a Program Director or other Managerial position. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (such as Respiratory, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Nephrology and Orthopedics) Current Massachusetts state licensure required RN, LPN, RT or DOR. Strong knowledge of performance evaluation techniques, program metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and program management software, including PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Our Core Values in Action Passion
