Job Description
- Promotes a sense of belonging in the platform team members and to keep each member accountable for their own responsibility area.
- Ensures availability of the project specifications within the platform team
- Guarantees the visibility of the resources (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) requested by the current and future projects, targeting the relevant optimization
- Ensures the definition, updating and progressivly optimization of the project plan.
- Coordinates the Platform Team in elaborating all the cost necessary to prepare the EFP.
- Monitors all the progresses coherently with the project targets (timing, cost and quality) ensuring identification of action plan and/or escalations in case of variancies.
- Regularly updates the custumer concerning the project status ensuring its satisfaction
- Monitors the assessment and introduction of changes to the project (feasibility analysis, cost estimate, planning and monitoring of implementation activities) before and after SOP
- Ensures the project compliance to the relevant Company procedure (Stargate).
