Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the management of the Residential Care Program and the Intersect/Prevent Programs. The Program Coordinator will perform a wide range of supervisory and administrative duties including contractual compliance with ODHS Child Welfare and BRS requirements. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the program aligns with licensing requirements and the organization's mission and goals. The Program Coordinator will demonstrate competence in collaborative leadership, personnel management , employee performance assessment, and the ability to develop and coordinate community resources.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rule's governing Foster Care, Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) and the Focus Program to provide contractual oversight. Provides oversight of contract implementation and reviews all related files for accuracy. Monitors compliance with the established standards required for each program.
  • Knowledge of company Policy and Procedures requirements for residential care and Focus Programs.
  • Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes.
  • Provide support and training to all clinical and social service staff on OAR compliance.
  • Complete ongoing administrative tasks for Residential Care and Intersect/Prevent Programs.
  • Become certified as an instructor for the Crisis Prevention Institute's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training for Residential Care Staff.
