$130,000 - $140,000 annuallyKnowesis is seeking a Program Manager (Task Order) who is responsible for the overall execution of the contract, overseeing contractor personnel and deliverables to ensure the successful accomplishment of the PHCoE mission. This leader will apply project management best practices to monitor day-to-day operations and manage specific project objectives, constraints, and resources.The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Effectively support the organization through direct oversight of contractor personnel, task execution, and deliverables.
- Manage specified project objectives, project constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality), project risk, and coordinate project resources.
- Monitor and direct day-to-day operations to ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that goals and objectives are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between the contractor team and government technical leads/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 8 years of full-time work experience as a contract program manager overseeing contracts/task orders of similar size and complexity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Prior experience managing military health or psychological health programs.
