Job Description

Program Manager

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the U.S. Army's Project Manager Maneuver Medical Systems (PM M2S) at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland. The Program Manager will provide on-site leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary SETA team supporting program management, acquisition, systems engineering, logistics, financial management, and technical activities across PM M2S. The ideal candidate will bring strong DoD program management experience and the ability to lead personnel and resources supporting the development, acquisition, and fielding of critical medical capabilities for the Warfighter.



Must be a U.S. Citizen.



Must have an active Secret or higher clearance.



This position is pending contract award.

Responsibilities :
  • Serve as the on-site Program Manager responsible for overall management, coordination, and execution of the
PM M2S SETA

support effort

  • Lead and oversee assigned contractor personnel, ensuring appropriate staffing, resource allocation, continuity of operations, and timely execution of PWS requirements
  • Serve as a primary interface with Government leadership and the COR, coordinating priorities, performance, staffing, and resolution of program issues
  • Manage multidisciplinary support across program management, acquisition, engineering, logistics, financial management, medical/technical advisory, and organizational support activities
  • Monitor cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risks, and deliverables and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Oversee required contract reporting and deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, staffing/vacancy reporting, spend plans, travel reporting, and other CDRLs
  • Coordinate personnel onboarding, security requirements, CAC/access, training, telework, travel, and other administrative requirements
  • Ensure contractor personnel comply with applicable Army, DoD, contract, security, quality, and Government property requirements while maintaining responsive support to the PM M2S mission
