Our team is guided by a set of unique core values that drive our culture: Always Evolving CEO of Our Own Responsibilities Come to the Rescue Do the Right Thing Lead the Standing OvationPosition Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day coordination, administration, and execution of SURGE programs, workshops, events, and member initiatives, ensuring timelines, logistics, communications, partner involvement, data, and follow-up stay organized and on track Maintain accurate member, program, event, engagement, referral, and outcome data in CRM and reporting systems to support grant reporting, metrics tracking, dashboards, documentation, and program impact reporting Support member recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal processes through clear communication, organized tracking, consistent follow-up, and a welcoming member experience Help SURGE members and entrepreneurs navigate available programs, referrals, coaches, mentors, resource partners, and community resources while learning the entrepreneurial ecosystem over time Collaborate with marketing and events staff on program promotion, registration, logistics, communications, post-event follow-up, prospective member tracking, and timely next steps Use data, member feedback, and ecosystem insights to recommend improvements to programming, engagement, and member supportPreferred Skills Interest in learning about entrepreneurship, startups, and venture creation; prior direct experience in the startup ecosystem is helpful but not required Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to plan ahead, manage day-to-day tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and follow through Strong program, project, administrative, and systems management skills, including maintaining accurate records, organizing information, tracking timelines, and managing follow-up Comfortable using CRM systems, data entry, data quality practices, metrics tracking, reporting, and other tools that support organized program management Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with the ability to work well with entrepreneurs, partners, community members, founders, coaches, mentors, service providers, and internal team members Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, one-on-one support, and constructive feedback Adaptable and comfortable working with fast-moving entrepreneurs, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and frequent interruptions Self-starter with the ability to identify what needs to be done, work independently, and follow throughQualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required. Experience in program coordination, project management, operations, member support, customer success, community management, entrepreneurship support, or startup environments preferred CRM management, data entry, metrics tracking, reporting, or data quality Government grant procurement and/or grant management experience a plusHours & Location Full-time, 40 hours per week In-person, Holland, MI Some evenings and early mornings required.
