Job Description

Program Management Manager Primary Job Function:
Lead and oversee multiple cross-functional programs and projects within the organization. Supervise Program Management Department. Ensure programs are launched in accordance to TSAC procedure, program timing and customer requirement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Lead and manage complex, large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Develop and manage program activities, ensuring key milestones, resources, and timelines are effectively coordinated
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure successful execution of individual projects within the program
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communication with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external customers
  • Communicate program status, progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Drive regular program status updates and provide actionable insights to all stakeholders
  • Complete annual performance reviews
  • Active participation of open monetary issues
  • Participate in interviews of new hires
  • Support company safety rules and compliance to excellence standards
  • Ensure APQP procedures are followed
  • Monitor our scorecard in OEM portal
  • Ensure customer SOW, key milestone and budget are met
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Management or relevant field is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience is required. Experience within the automotive/manufacturing industry management teams is strongly preferred
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Strong capability with ERP systems (particularly PLEX) is required
  • Adaptability, flexibility and ability to learn new systems/databases
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with varying levels of management and internal departments
  • Coordination and collaboration with internal departments as well as the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Must have knowledge of
GD&T, APQP, PPAP, and SPC Training Requirements or Equivalent:
  • New hire orientation
ERP System Training Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, griping, grasping, twisting, bending, stooping and reaching throughout the work day
  • Hand and eye coordination
  • Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods of time (8 hours or more)
  • Ability to use a phone and computer keyboard
