Orafol Automotive Graphics is a preferred Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to some of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. We specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality automotive graphics and functional films. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manger to join our team. Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned automotive programs, serving as the primary customer contact while coordinating internal teams to meet quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, technical skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead program execution from quotation, award, and development through production launch and ongoing technical support. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments. Develop and maintain detailed program timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and operations to achieve program objectives. Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators, including cost, timing, quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage customer meetings, program reviews, and status reporting. Support APQP activities, PPAP submissions, launch readiness, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the program lifecycle.

Review and analyze automotive release schedules Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of program or project management experience in the automotive industry. Experience managing OEM or Tier 1 automotive customer programs. Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and automotive launch processes. Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency with
