Job Description As a member of the Seating Program Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program launch through strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and clear communication with internal and external disciplines. Responsibilities Manage program timelines by directing, coordinating, and communicating to all functional groups assigned to the program as well as customer functional groups and platform teams Conduct planning activities to ensure programs launch on-time and meet deliverables Monitor timing, quality, scope, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned program, resolving risks where possible Managing engineering changes for profit and loss of your program Work with functional managers to communicate resource requirements and expectations Remain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustments Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Must be highly organized and display excellent leadership skills Willing to travel domestically up to one week per month 10 years automotive experience 5 years of project or program management experience Bonus If You Have Siemens PLM Team Center system knowledge for Program and/or Sales functions.
