The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for program development, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of those we serve. This role requires effective relationship management and administrative expertise to ensure the successful operation of our programs. Duties Oversee the development and implementation of programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment. Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program visibility and effectiveness. Develop and monitor budgets for various programs, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and participant progress. Engage in relationship management with families, caregivers, and external agencies to promote collaboration and support services. Utilize knowledge of behavioral health principles to inform program design and participant engagement strategies. Experience Proven experience in management roles within social services or related fields. Demonstrated expertise in program development and management, particularly for individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Background in social work or behavioral health is highly desirable. Administrative experience that includes budgeting, reporting, and compliance oversight is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management across various stakeholders.
