This leadership role ensures person-centered service delivery, staff supervision, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. The Director actively contributes to the administrative team and leads initiatives aligned with agency values and strategic goals. The Director of Life and Work Services serves as a liaison between funders, family members, medical professionals, guardians, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and leadership for Employment and Residential Services programs. Ensure services are person-centered and support independence, skill development, and quality of life. Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate program leadership staff. Support employee development and ensure required training and certifications are completed. Monitor program documentation, outcomes, quality assurance, and compliance requirements. Review program data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Assist with departmental budgeting, purchasing, billing, and fiscal oversight. Participate in agency leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning and agency-wide goals. Serve as a leader and resource for agency coaching and staff development. Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, providers, and community partners. Provide direct support and transportation when needed. Represent Endless Options at agency events, community partnerships, and other functions as requested. Pay:
$54,080.00 - $66,560.00 per year
