This position will be located at 205 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101. Responsibilities

•What you'll do What you'll do: Supervise regional Early Intervention staff. Responsible for the development and maintenance of guidance and procedure manuals. Responsible for program improvement initiatives, to include but not limited to, Provider Survey, Family Survey, Needs Assessment, Early Intervention teams, and Early Childhood Outcomes. Responsible for creation of annual Year at a Glance report. Plan and coordinate quarterly System Point of Entry (SPOE) meetings. Plan and coordinate stakeholder meetings. Review, approve, and track trends of billing issues, fund recoveries, and adjustments. Coordinate with Early Intervention compliance unit regarding materials that impact provider and SPOE compliance. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, special education, early childhood education, child development, social/human services, human development and family studies, or other related field from an accredited four-year college or university with one or more years of work in the field of special education, early childhood education, child development, social/human services, human development and family studies, or a related field. OR Four or more years of work or technical experience in the field of special education, early childhood education, child development, social/human services, human development and family studies, or a related field.
