Job Description

- Biofuel Representative - Short Term Assi
- You will expand collaboration amongst Biofuel, grain procurement, and grower-facing teams to support adoption of low‑carbon‑intensity corn programs and strengthen customer engagement in Indiana; This field‑based role partners with internal stakeholders to accelerate grower enrollment, ensure program compliance, and capture field insights that improve program design, messaging, and execution.
- This Short Term Assignment will last until the end of 2027
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Expand collaboration among Biofuel, grain procurement, and grower‑facing teams to drive adoption of low‑carbon‑intensity corn programs and strengthen customer engagement in Indiana; + Engage growers and local stakeholders to communicate program requirements, value proposition, and participation steps; + Coordinate with internal teams to identify target accounts, track outreach progress, and resolve implementation questions; + Support enrollment processes, documentation collection, and necessary follow‑up for biofuel program participation; + Capture, synthesize, and share field feedback to inform program design, messaging, and execution; + Work independently in the field while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent program delivery; + Track outreach and enrollment metrics to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: + Experience in agriculture, grain origination, crop inputs, sustainability programs, or biofuel markets; + Strong track record of building and maintaining grower relationships and communicating effectively in the field; + Ability to translate program requirements into clear, practical guidance and next steps for growers; + Demonstrated comfort working independently in the field while coordinating across cross‑functional teams; + Practical experience supporting enrollment, documentation collection, and program implementation; + Strong organizational skills with the ability to track outreach progress and follow up effectively; + Field‑based in Indiana with the ability and willingness to travel within the region. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $108,080.00 - $162,120.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.- This role will unpost on 9/21
