Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is currently seeking to fill their Intellectual Disabilities Supervisor position. This position will supervise the daily operations of a day treatment program for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Collins, MS. The Intellectual Disabilities Supervisor plays a vital role in Pine Belt's ability to provide mental health resources to its consumers. Therefore, Pine Belt is seeking an ambitious, positive and studious supervisor that can demonstrate leadership ability while managing multiple projects and completing assigned tasks on schedule. Requirements:
Master's degree in behavioral health field Clinical License or DMH Therapist Certification within 90 days of hire Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record MS Class C CDL within 60 days of hire Experience working with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental disabilities populations (not required, but a plus)
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily functioning of Medicaid Waiver Services program for a specific location. Coordinate and evaluate staff efforts to achieve desired program and consumer outcomes. Implement habilitation planning goals while overseeing participant's progress towards their strength-based goals. Develop activity schedules for individuals enrolled in Pine Belt's program. Build and maintain relationships with families and the surrounding community.
