ONSITE Compensation:
up to $140,000 A growing aerospace & defense manufacturer is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, complex Department of Defense programs from planning through execution and delivery. This role will have direct ownership of cost, schedule, budget, risk, milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments , while coordinating closely across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Contracts, Finance, and Operations. You'll also serve as a key interface with government, military, and industry stakeholders , ensuring programs remain aligned with contractual requirements and business objectives. What We're Looking For 10+ years of DoD Program Management experience Experience managing $100M+ programs PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required Aerospace/defense experience Direct ownership of cost, schedule, budget, risk & deliverables Direct interaction with DoD/government customers Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, CMMC and defense quality requirements Strong cross-functional leadership across technical and operational teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education/technical experience Especially Valuable Defense manufacturing experience, U.S. Navy programs , EVM/EVMS, ERP systems, and Lean Six Sigma. This is a highly visible, onsite leadership opportunity for a Program Manager who understands both the customer-facing and operational sides of complex defense programs and can drive execution across multiple functions.
