FieldBridge is looking for a Program Manager in Charlotte, NC to work with a company leader in developing innovative water solutions through smart technology. We offer weekly pay + benefits. Pay is $90-$100/hour (based on experience) | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Hybrid role with 4 days at the office | Weekly pay every Friday + all benefits Responsibilities Lead project management activities for a $100M+ enterprise SAP ERP transformation program Manage project governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication across global teams Coordinate a cross-functional team of 20+ resources across Europe and the Americas Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to keep the program on schedule Manage and direct work across multiple projects and teams within the program Ensure program goals stay aligned with organizational strategy Develop new programs to support the organization's strategic direction Evaluate program performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement Analyze and mitigate program risk Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program or project management Proven experience leading large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting Experience managing global project teams across multiple regions Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage granular updates while maintaining delivery timelines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
