$39,648.00 plus benefits package Are you a passionate team leader looking to help improve the lives of others? The Sampson County Senior Services department is looking for a dedicated individual to provide program support and assistance to senior citizens in our community as our next Senior Center Manager. What you'll do: The Senior Center M anager works under the general direction of the Nutrition Program Manager and the Senior Services Director. With the help of this strong support team, you will: Develop and implement programs to t rain and lead a dynamic team comprised of the Senior Center Assistant and Senior Center volunteers Coordinate activities with programs inside and outside the Senior Center Promote public awareness of activities and programs that help address community needs Participate in various committees to contribute to agency and program development Develop goals and objectives essential to the functions of the Senior Center What we're looking for: Strong professionals passionate about public service Proven ability to work well independently and as a team Ability to establish trust and maintain effective working relationships with team members, clients, and local partners through strong interpersonal skills Leaders with the ability to supervise programs and special events for senior citizens A Bachelor's d egree and moderate experience in related field is preferred .
